We've been hosting rentals in Phuket since 2021 — first one condo, now eight properties across three areas: Cape Panwa, Wichit, and Kathu. Every reservation reaches us directly. Every guest message gets a reply, usually within the hour. We live here; this is the work.

Great apartment with all the amenities one could ask for. The room was clean, the location was good and the pool, gym and lounge areas were spacious and a great addition. Onticha and John were helpful and responsive.

Had a fabulous holiday in the apartment. All amenities covered (host even provided a toaster when we said one would be useful). The complex is new, well maintained, secure and very quiet. Pool and gym were excellent features.
