The unit
What you're booking.
A 35-metre lap pool downstairs and a glass-partitioned second bedroom upstairs: this two-bedroom unit at Dcondo Reef sleeps four without forcing anyone onto a fold-out as an afterthought. The queen bedroom sits behind a black-framed glass wall that keeps the living area feeling open while still closing off for sleep; a second room with a single bed gives kids or a third guest their own door.
The interior is pale timber and soft neutrals, finished in 2024. An open-plan living and dining space holds a sofa, a round table for four and a smart TV, and the kitchenette is fully equipped for everyday cooking — fridge-freezer, induction hob with extractor, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and a washer-dryer tucked beneath the counter. The shower room is compact and modern, with a glass-screened rainfall shower.
Downstairs in the building, residents share the 35-metre pool, the Fit 360 gym, landscaped gardens and 24-hour security, with free parking on site. The location in Kathu puts Central Phuket mall, local cafés and fresh markets within a few minutes' drive, and Patong Beach, Phuket Old Town and Andamanda Water Park are each around twenty minutes away.
It suits small families and pairs of friends who want a quiet base with proper separation between sleepers, a real pool to swim laps in, and the island's west coast within easy reach.
Location: Kathu District, Phuket — on Wichit Songkhram Road. Central Phuket (Floresta & Festival) 3.5 km; Andamanda Water Park 2.5 km; Patong Beach 7 km (10–15 min drive); Phuket Old Town 6 km; Tiger Kingdom, go-kart and adventure tours under 10 minutes; Bang Wad Reservoir 5 minutes; Phuket International Airport 35–45 minutes by taxi.

Great apartment with all the amenities one could ask for. The room was clean, the location was good and the pool, gym and lounge areas were spacious and a great addition. Had a fabulous holiday in the apartment. All amenities covered (host even provided a toaster when we said one would be useful). The complex is new, well maintained, secure and very quiet. Pool and gym were excellent features. Провели чудесные каникулы в квартире. Все удобства на месте (хозяин даже предоставил тостер, когда мы сказали, что он был бы полезен). Комплекс новый, хорошо ухоженный, безопасный и очень тихий. Бассейн и тренажерный зал были отличными преимуществами.

Прекрасная квартира и абсолютно новый кондоминиум (2025 года постройки). Шикарный спортзал, зона бассейна, коворкинг. Мы остались с мужем в полном восторге прожив здесь больше 1 месяца.

Très bien tout était parfait
We had a great stay. The apartment is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed linens and towels are of very good quality. We were also very happy to find two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The WiFi connection is very reliable as well.

Very good
One minus, you can not smoke on the balcony, only in the definition of the area in the corner of the territory, it is very inconvenient.
Perfect
We stayed 6 nights and everything was perfect ! The condo was super clean and has everything you needed. John was super easy to reach for any informations.

We had a great stay at this residence ! The apartment is super convenient, the pool is super big, and the gym is adequate (they could add a few machines instead of treadmills). John answers very quickly to messages.

Good decent stay
Overall stay was good, neatly maintained, kids enjoyed the comfort of the bed, washing machine and minimum cooking items were available. Location of stay is far from happening places, so it was expensive to travel by taxi all the time to Phuket New Town or Old Town.

Very comfortable and clean space, a perfect place to stay in kathu!
I enjoyed my stay here the beds were comfy and the room had everything i could have needed. 5/5 stars!

Really beautiful accommodation which amazing facilities, a bit small but cosy. Communication was amazing. Only issue was with the toilet which we did not realise did not take toilet paper, so please do not flush toilet paper as the clean up isn’t fun for anyone.
